Returns & Exchange Policy – SaleStore.PK

At SaleStore.PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product under the following terms and conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

You can return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used, damaged, or altered items

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Items marked as “non-returnable” or “sale items” on the product page

4. Return & Exchange Process

Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product photos.

Our team will review your request and guide you on how to return the product.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.

5. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.

In case of wrong or defective items sent by us, SaleStore.PK will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days after approval of the returned item.

7. Important Notes

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

SaleStore.PK reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
